Azure Artifact Signing – Organization Identity Validation Pending Since October 26, 2026

Hello Microsoft Artifact Signing Support Team,

Our organization, Codemart LLC, submitted an Organization Public Identity Validation request for Azure Artifact Signing on October 26, 2026.

As of November 5, 2026, the validation status is still showing In Progress.

The requested representative authorization document was successfully uploaded and appears with a green checkmark in the Azure portal.

We would appreciate your assistance in checking:

Whether our submitted documentation has been successfully received.

Whether our validation is currently waiting in an internal review queue.

Whether any additional information or documentation is required.

Whether the validation team can provide an estimated completion date.

We need Artifact Signing to digitally sign our Windows application installers and avoid Windows SmartScreen warnings associated with unsigned or untrusted software.
