Microsoft Data Protection Closed MFA Recovery Case - Three Entra Tenants Locked Out

I am requesting assistance with escalating a Microsoft Entra ID tenant recovery issue after Microsoft 365 Data Protection closed my existing support case without resolving the problem.

I am the legitimate owner and administrator of three separate Microsoft Entra ID tenants associated with the following businesses. I lost access to my registered Microsoft Authenticator methods and can no longer authenticate to the administrator accounts associated with these tenants.

My credentials are known, but I cannot satisfy the MFA requirements because the necessary Authenticator registrations are no longer accessible.

As a result, I cannot access the Azure portal, Microsoft Entra administration, or other administrative services to resolve the problem.

I contacted Microsoft Support and was eventually connected with the Microsoft 365 Data Protection team. Unfortunately, the assigned representative declined to assist with recovery involving multiple domains.

I was not provided with an actionable recovery path for all three tenants.

My concern is not that Microsoft requires ownership verification. My concern is that the existing recovery process has ended without providing an actionable way to recover these environments.

@Andrew Welch This cannot be resolved through the public forum because tenant ownership verification and MFA resets must be handled securely by Microsoft Support.

Please open a separate support case for each tenant, reference the closed case, and request escalation for a Microsoft Entra administrator lockout. Explain that the credentials are known, but all registered authentication methods are inaccessible and no other administrator can reset them.

Do not post tenant IDs, administrator details, or ownership documents publicly.

If you found this helpful, please consider accepting it as the solution.
