Sole Microsoft 365 Administrator Locked Out - Account Recovery Assistance Required

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am requesting assistance with recovering access to a Microsoft 365 business account associated with a company for which I was the sole administrator.

My administrator account has been temporarily locked for security reasons, and I am unable to complete the required authentication process. I have already attempted the available self-service recovery procedures without success.

I need assistance with verifying my administrative ownership and recovering access to the Microsoft 365 environment.

This is particularly urgent because I also need to determine whether a BitLocker recovery key for an important laptop was backed up in this organization's Microsoft Entra environment. The laptop contains irreplaceable scientific and engineering documents.

Could a Microsoft moderator please advise how to initiate a secure escalation to the appropriate account recovery or Data Protection team?
