MS Authenticator is not sending codes to let me log into Azure-No Code or Approval

I used to have a work MS account for my business and associated it with my MS Partner and hotmail.com personal account, but that previous business and domain name are gone. I can log into most things MS, but I cannot log into my Azure acccounmt and am having issues connecting my GrokBot with Azure connectors to it as I try to rebuild my business. Not really sure how else to explain the problem but will gladly answer any questions to help me resolve the problem.
