Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi, let me help you.
What happens when you restart the machine?
If that has been done, perform a quick repair for Office.
To run it on Windows, close all Office apps, open Settings, go to Apps, then Installed apps, find Microsoft 365 (or Microsoft Office), click the three dots, choose Modify, and pick Quick Repair, then click Repair.
If the problem persists afterward, run Online Repair from the same screen. It’s slower because it downloads and reinstalls the Office files, but it fixes deeper corruption that Quick Repair can’t.
