Error Running Microsoft Word

I downloaded the microsoft office suite on a new computer today and when I open it, I get an error reading "Something is preventing Word from running correctly." There is a "resolve" button, but nothing happens when I push it.

I also cannot log in to the online Microsoft apps. I do the login process, but I'm just redirected to the login page again.

    Assuming that (1) you have restarted your computer and the problem persists and (2) you clicked on "Repair Now" or "Resolve" without it helping, I suggest that you do an Online Repair.
