my camera worked for 2 months and then just died. I have run everything I can run ansd can not get it to comew back. I plan on returning it.

The camera is apparently defective, so you're going to return the computer. Sounds like the right thing to do. Unfortunately, we can't help with that - it's between you and the vendor.

Hi, let me help you.

Have you tried a hard reset?

Turn off the laptop.

Unplug the charger.

Remove all USB devices.

If the battery is removable → remove the battery.

Press and hold the Power button for 30–60 seconds.

Reinsert the battery (if removed).

Plug in the charger.

Turn the laptop on.

If you still get the same results after that, contact the store where you bought it or your laptop's warranty support service.
