Our UK-registered company, PURENAIJAENT LIMITED, submitted a Public Organisation Identity Validation request for Azure Artifact Signing.

The representative successfully completed AU10TIX government-issued ID and facial verification and received a Verified ID credential.

However, Azure subsequently marked the organisation validation as Failed, without providing a specific rejection reason.

The corporate website and Microsoft 365 email addresses are operational.

Our Azure Basic support plan does not permit submission of a technical support ticket without purchasing an additional support plan.

Could a Microsoft Artifact Signing moderator assist with identifying the failure reason or arrange a private review of the validation request?

We can provide the identity validation ID privately through an authorised Microsoft support channel.

Thank you.
