Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am the original and sole administrator of a Microsoft 365 Business subscription that I purchased and configured myself approximately four years ago.

I have not accessed the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for several years. I am now trying to regain access, but I am blocked by Microsoft Authenticator verification.

My situation is as follows:

I know my password and can still access my business email.

Microsoft requires approval or a verification code from Microsoft Authenticator.

I have Microsoft Authenticator installed, but the required verification method is not working.

I have checked both my old and new phones.

There is no other administrator who can reset my MFA settings.

My Microsoft 365 subscription is purchased and billed directly by Microsoft, and I have the invoices available.

I believe that I may never have completed the current MFA setup when I originally created the account.

Could a Microsoft moderator please advise me on the official procedure to contact the appropriate support team for a sole Global Administrator MFA reset or account recovery?

I can provide proof of subscription ownership and identity through a secure, private channel.

I would appreciate assistance in restoring access without affecting my existing email, subscription or business data.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards
