When outlook is open, the column that lists the day, sender, subject has become extremely small type. I don't know why. How can I fix this?

Change the message-list text size in Outlook; the exact setting depends on whether you use new Outlook or classic Outlook for Windows.

    New Outlook for Windows

    1. Select View → View settings.
    2. Select Mail → Layout.
    3. Under Text size and spacing, choose Medium or Large.
    4. Select Save.

This enlarges the message-list information, including the sender, subject, and date/day. ^1^

    Classic Outlook for Windows

    1. Open Mail and select the affected folder, such as Inbox.
    2. Select View → View Settings.
    3. Select Other Settings.
    4. Select the appropriate control:
      • Row Font changes the sender, subject, date/day, and other information shown for each message.
      • Column Font changes column headings such as From and Subject.
    5. Choose a larger font size, select OK, and then select OK again to apply it. ^1^

These settings are separate from email zoom and Stationery and Fonts, which affect message content rather than the Inbox list.
