Hello,
Our Public Trust organisation identity validation (UK company, account in North Europe, Pay-As-You-Go subscription) is stuck at Action Required.
The individual step works: Au10tix issued a “Government Issued ID - GLOBAL” Verified ID on 5 November 2026 at 16:59 GMT, the face check matched, and the name on it matches the request exactly. Presenting it to Artifact Signing then failed twice (17:02:28 and 17:02:58 GMT). Authenticator shows “Result: Failed” with no reason, while the browser page said “Verification successful”.
The roles (Identity Verifier and Certificate Profile Signer) are assigned on the account, and the company details match Companies House. Could someone from the Artifact Signing team check the backend reason for the failed presentation and advise, or reset the step? I can share the validation ID privately.
