Widespread Issue with Broken Image Previews with Bing Places for Business

We've seen a widespread issue with image previews with Bing Places for Business for any images previously uploaded. This makes it impossible for us to manage our images correctly. See the image below (this shows up on dozens of accounts, it's not just localized to one account):
I have done all the standard troubleshooting:

• Logged out and back in
• Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) including private/incognito modes
• Clearing Cache
• Tested on multiple accounts/businesses to confirm issue
• Reached out to Bing Places support (multiple tickets)
  • Waited multiple months for the issue to be resolved - no actual progress.

Yet, there are clear errors in console/network tabs stating the following for each of the image thumbnails that aren't loading:

This is clearly showing an settings/access issue with where the image thumbnails are stored on Microsoft Azure blob storage accounts. Can you please have the Bing Places for Business engineering team work with the appropriate Azure storage used for these thumbnails so this issue can finally get fixed and preview correctly?
This issue makes it impossible for us to manage images across business listings.
