Trying to reactivate Skype Credit but unable to add Billing Address

Hello, I'm trying to reactivate my Skype Credit but it asks me to - Please ensure your billing address is up to date in order to continue using Skype paid services without interruption.

When I try to add my billing address, I get an - unable to process the request, try again later. I've tried several times.

What can I do?

    Can you go to https://account.live.com > Your info, make sure the language field is not blank or incorrect. Make sure you have it set up to the correct language. Review your country and region as well. Make sure they are correct. Then update your billing address again, and see if that helps.
