The IMAP password is generally the same password you use to sign in to your email account.
May I know who is your Email provider? I've attached some steps to help:
- Enter your regular email account password when prompted.
- If you use Gmail, Yahoo, or another third-party email provider, you may need to generate an App Password instead of using your regular password.
