Azure Artifact Signing organisation validation failed after correcting company email addresses

Our UK company is onboarding to Azure Artifact Signing using Public Trust organisation identity validation.

Two previous validation requests failed. The requests used a personal Outlook address as both the primary and secondary contact. We have now corrected this by configuring and testing two different monitored addresses on our company-owned domain:

  • Primary contact: ******@mwecconsulting.co.uk
  • Secondary contact: ******@mwecconsulting.co.uk

Both addresses receive external messages and links successfully. The company legal name and registered address match Companies House records.

Microsoft’s Artifact Signing FAQ states that where an identity validation already exists and another request is needed with a different primary email address, support must be contacted to continue onboarding.

Our Azure subscription has the Basic support plan, so the portal does not allow us to open a technical support ticket. Could a Microsoft Artifact Signing moderator please advise how the organisation validation can be reset or enabled for a new request using the corrected company-domain email addresses?

The failed validation IDs and subscription details are available through an approved private support channel. I have deliberately not posted them publicly.

Thank you.
