Hello,
I own a floor renovation business in Istanbul, Turkey. On 23 October 2026 I created a Bing Places for Business listing ("Tozsuz Sistre Cila", Uskudar, Istanbul 34692).
The only verification option offered is "Postcard". The PIN postcard never arrived, and the dashboard now says the latest verification PIN has expired. We checked with the building and the mailbox; nothing came. We also cannot add a business email or edit the listing because it is not verified yet (error: basic business information cannot be changed in this listing status).
My questions:
I have also emailed the Places Feedback team from the same account I use for Bing Places.

As we’re for Home users rather than business we can’t offer much help.
Thank you Virginia. Yes, we contacted Bing Places support by email (PlacesFeedback) on 5 Nov 2026 and are waiting for a reply. The support contact page asks us to sign in with the Bing Places account, but the listing owner account is blocked at the unverified step (PIN expired, postcard never arrived in Turkey). Could you or a Microsoft moderator route this to the Bing Places team, or tell us which verification options (phone, SMS, email on our domain) exist for Turkey? We cannot edit the listing until it is verified.
I wish I could but the community is mainly answered by other customers, volunteer moderations & other volunteers. You may have to wait to see if one replies. Support would be your only option.
