I am unable to make payment for my pending invoices.

I am unable to make payment of my two pending invoices. On clicking on the Pay Now button,I am getting redirected to the Settle Balance page with the following messages " able to find an active payment method for this subscription. Please try again later or contact Azure support.". However I have valid default payment added . Screenshot 2026-11-05 at 2.23.14 PM.png

    Hi Rakesh,

    Please carefully follow my instructions below to create a free Billing support request. To start the process, please click on this link:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/NewSupportRequestV4Blade/assetId/

    Issue type: Billing

    Problem type: Make a Payment

    Problem subtype: Need assistance to make payment immediately

    Click Next. At this point there will be a delay and then it will display some recommended solutions. DO NOT CLICK on any of these. Instead click Return to support request in upper left corner

    Click Next to advance to Additional details tab. Issue Category: Azure - Billing Issue Select your support plan: <choose Basic if you don't have paid plan>

    Continue filling out additional details, select Diagnostic option, Email/Phone, etc., click Next, review information and click Create.

    You should receive an automated email in a few minutes confirming that support request has been created. Hopefully you will be contacted by Email/Phone (depending on your choice) within 1 business day.
