Domain login problems after Hibernation

Domain Login will be fail after Hibernation.

After some back testing and ask Germini, the likely problem is related to Lsass.exe

When a Windows machine hibernates, it writes the exact state of the kernel, network services, and the Local Security Authority (lsass.exe) to the hard drive. If you hibernate your Lenovo X1 while connected to the company network and wake it up remotely, Windows attempts to seamlessly resume that live Active Directory session. Because the Domain Controller is suddenly unreachable, the authentication request times out and throws the error, completely bypassing your local offline credential cache.

Since hibernate is a designed feature, is it workaround or fixed can do except turn off hibernates?

    Hi Danny Ching,

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly access back-end systems or intervene in Microsoft product features. My role is limited to providing technical guidance based on the reported issue.

Since this is a domain-joined company device, the behavior may be controlled by your organization’s cached sign-in, domain, VPN, or security policies. If the issue persists, please contact your company’s IT administrator, as they can review those policies and the relevant system logs. Disabling hibernation may be used as a temporary workaround, but your IT team would be best positioned to identify the underlying cause.

I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but I wanted to make sure you got the most accurate information about your situation. Thank you so much for your understanding.
