Azure App Service is a service used to create and deploy scalable, mission-critical web apps.
I cant deploy any app services.

I have a brand new, pay as you go account. I cant deploy app services of any sku to any region. it says I have no quota. I tried to do an app service quota request, it failed. it says I have 0 of 30 for everything deployed. I tried to open a support ticket and the portal wont let me past picking a support plan or asking the community (I have a support plan) and its jsut getting a bit ridiculous here. has anyone ever got stuck in this ridiculous loop? its borderline infuriating
