Thanks for the details! I noticed in the image that the "App Control for Business policy" is set to "Enforced." Is your computer a corporate device or managed by an organization?

Try to determine if any process triggered the suspension while you were playing. Please send me the full Event log so I can analyze all the entries:

    1. Press WINDOWS + X > Select "Event Viewer" > Expand Windows Logs tab (Left Side).
    2. Right-click the "System" log > Save Events As > Put the log name of "System" and save it in an accessible place.

Now upload this file to a cloud, such as OneDrive, and send me a link. Follow the steps below:

    1. Upload System Log in OneDrive. The link below shows how to do this. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/carregar-fotos-e-arquivos-no-onedrive-b00ad3fe-6643-4b16-9212-de00ef02b586#:~:text=No%20site%20OneDrive%2Centre%20com,deseja%20carregar%20e%20escolha%20Abrir.
    2. When uploading, share the files via a link. In the tutorial below you have the steps explained.

    Hi!

To help you investigate the issue, I need to ask a few questions and gather more information. Please answer the questions below and follow the requested steps:

    1. When exactly does the problem occur? For example, does it happen when the computer is idle, when you open a game or a resource-intensive app, or does it happen randomly? Knowing if there is a specific trigger helps in verifying whether a solution has worked by testing it against that trigger.
    2. Did the problem start after any hardware changes, a Windows or BIOS update, or the installation of a new program or game? Or did it just start happening out of the blue?
    3. Please provide the model of your computer. This will allow me to look for this specific issue on your particular device.
    • Press WINDOWS + R > Type msinfo32 > Press Enter > Send me a screenshot of the "System Summary" page.
