My Out of Office message isn't showing in Teams

I set up an Out of Office message in Teams, but it doesn’t seem to be showing properly. I checked my profile or contact card, and my teammates also checked from their side, but they can’t see the full message either. I’ve already tried restarting Teams, signing out and back in, and setting the Out of Office message again, but nothing changed.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there anything else I can try?

Dear Roberta,

As a forum moderator, I am not able to access your account or delve into the backend systems to diagnose and fix this for you. My role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions for users to implement themselves.

I would like to let you know that there is an ongoing service incident, "Users' Microsoft Teams contact cards may not fully display Out of office text" (issue ID: TM1504581), which aligns with the behavior you are reporting. The developer team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a resolution to roll out a fix as soon as possible. For further details, please review this incident report in the Service health menu in Microsoft 365 admin center. If you are the end-user, please contact your organization's IT administrator or help desk. They can verify the status of the service incident for your tenant and submit a technical support ticket to Microsoft to prioritize a fix. If you don't know who your IT administrator is, please refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I hope the fix rolls out soon. If you have any additional questions or further information to share, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Wising you all the best.
