I run training classes on Teams for my company, and we consistently have issues with our agents in chat. Everyday a different set of agents who are invited to a recurring event and were added to a group chat that is is attached to the event have been removed when they log in the next day.

This will range anywhere from 2-7 out of 35 in the class that I have to call in individually once we start class. This is a true detriment to productivity starting everyday with this delay sorting through messages from agents. I have filed reports in teams constantly the past 3 days and have received no reply.

The last forum question populating about this issue was 2 years ago and it is still an issue. I have addressed with all solution Microsoft has provided.

Side issue: "Custom Order" when grouping chats in groups doesn't work whatsoever.

    Dear Chris,

As a forum moderator, I am not able to review your organization's Teams settings or chat membership to diagnose and fix this for you. My role here is limited to providing general guidance you can apply from your side.

Reports sent through Feedback > Report a problem go to the product team, but they don't create a support case, so you usually won't get a personal reply. Since this affects your class every day, a support case is the better way to get it investigated. I recommend that the Global Admin in your organization create a service request with Microsoft Support. A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin. If you don't know who your IT administrator is, please refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number from your region: Contact Microsoft customer support | Microsoft Support

I hope this information is helpful and provide you with a clear path forward. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to help. Have a wonderful day!
