How to fix the the Free Spotify Premium for 4 Months code not working, i even tried the confirmation code and it still didnt work, i have earned this from the official Microsoft Rewards and you guys even sent me an email- however, the codes didn't work.

I understand how disappointing it must be to receive the Spotify Premium reward and then find that the provided code does not work.

Please check your Microsoft Rewards Order History, locate the Spotify reward, and open Order details to copy the redemption code or link again. Please also ensure that your Microsoft Rewards region matches your Spotify account region and that you are not using a VPN.

Kindly note that this offer may only be available to new Spotify Premium subscribers. If the Spotify account previously had Premium, including a free trial, the offer may appear as invalid.

If you meet the eligibility requirements but the code still does not work, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support and provide your reward order details and a screenshot of the error. The Rewards Support team has the appropriate tools to review the order and determine whether the code can be replaced.
