Hi my sisters account says blocked and I can’t send codes to her phone number. I try and do the recovery form but I can’t give a lot of information as she doesn’t send emails just receives them and I can’t remember the email address so when I completed the form it says not enough information to continue with it. Can you please help me. Thankyou

Thank you for clarifying. I understand that the account is only used to receive emails. However, the Account Recovery Form is the only available option in this case. I recommend trying again and providing as much accurate information as possible to help verify account ownership and improve the chances of successfully recovering the account.

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

The Microsoft account recovery form is one of the last and most effective options for recovering your account when other verification methods are unavailable. To help prove that you are the owner of the account, I recommend that you resubmit the form and provide as accurate and detailed information as possible. The more accurate information you provide, the higher the chances of your request being successfully verified.
