Unable to Complete Azure for Students Verification

Hello,

I am a second-year engineering student at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics in Morocco.

I am trying to activate the Azure for Students offer using my personal Microsoft account, with my university email address for academic verification.

However, I consistently receive the following error:

"Unable to complete Azure for Students verification. Please try again shortly or contact us."

What I have checked so far:

• I can successfully sign in to my university Microsoft account.

My university has an active Microsoft Entra directory.

• I have selected the correct university directory in the Azure Portal.

No Azure subscriptions are currently visible in my account.

I have tried signing in with both my personal Microsoft account and my university account.

I have also encountered the authentication errors AADSTS50020 and AADSTS50058.

My questions:

Could this issue be related to my university's domain not being recognized by the Azure for Students verification system?

Is there a separate activation process after academic verification?

Could my personal Microsoft account have an eligibility or verification issue?

Is it possible to request a manual review of my student verification?

I would appreciate guidance from a Microsoft employee or an Azure for Students specialist who could help investigate this issue.
