View results from a past exam
For an exam delivered by Pearson VUE:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
- Open your profile and select Credentials → Certifications.
- Scroll to Past exams.
- Find the exam and select View details on provider site.
- On the provider dashboard, select View for the score report.
The report contains your overall score, pass/fail status, and a chart showing performance by skill area. Most results appear within minutes, although they can take up to 24 hours to appear in your Learn profile. ^2^
If an expected exam is missing, try any other Microsoft account or work/school account that may have been used when registering. Certiport exams and credentials may need to be managed through the Certiport account instead. ^3^
Past exam papers
Microsoft does not release actual past exam papers, individual questions you answered, or details of which answers were incorrect. For exam preparation, use the free Practice Assessment available on the relevant exam-details page, if that exam offers one. Practice questions show the expected style and difficulty but are not the same questions used in the certification exam. ^4^
