    Welcome PranaV,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A. I understand how frustrating it is to be sent to the chat page every time you try to open Copilot 3D in Copilot Labs. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm happy to help you get to the experiment.

To narrow down the cause, could you please confirm:

    • Are you signed in to Copilot with a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live), or a work or school account?
    • Which browser and country or region are you using?
    • Does this happen only with the 3D Generations link, or with every experiment on the Copilot Labs page?

In the meantime, please try these steps:

Step 1: Sign in with your personal Microsoft account Go to https://copilot.microsoft.com, select "Sign in" in the top-right corner, and sign in with your personal Microsoft account.

Step 2: Open the experiment from the Labs menu After you sign in, don't use the saved link. Open the Copilot sidebar, select "Labs", choose "Copilot 3D" and then select "Try now". This goes through the current Labs entry point instead of an older bookmarked URL.

Step 3: Test in an InPrivate or Incognito window In Microsoft Edge, press "Ctrl + Shift + N" to open an InPrivate window. Sign in to Copilot there and try Copilot Labs again.

Step 4: Clear cookies and site data for Copilot If Step 3 worked, clear the stored data for the Copilot site in your normal browser. In Edge, go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search for copilot and delete the entries. Then sign in again and retry.

    Looking forward to your update.
