Please can somebody help I purchased fc points on my Xbox app on my rog ally but but I ordered fc 27 September this year on ea play on my rig but my fc points I ordered yesterday have not gone onto my game any ideas please ?

    As I checked, all the FC points listed in the Microsoft Store is for the Xbox version, which is not linked with the PC version of the game, their currency is also separate. As I know, buying FC points on the PC version require to do it in game.

    In this case, please check the order history to see if you can request a refund for this.
