Hello Bionivid DATA,
Thank you for the additional clarification. I understand that you have already attempted the suggested recovery steps and contacted Microsoft several times, but have not received a resolution. I also understand your concern about losing approximately 75 TB of important research data.
Based on the notification you shared, this is not simply a case of a deleted OneDrive account. Your Microsoft 365 subscription has been disabled following an Acceptable Use Policy enforcement action, and access to the organization's SharePoint and OneDrive data has been blocked.
Microsoft's guidance explains that subscriptions under security or compliance review may require additional identity and compliance verification before access can be restored. The specific reason for your subscription being disabled can only be confirmed by Microsoft's team handling the enforcement review.
Given the deletion deadline of November 25, 2026, at 8:15 AM UTC, I recommend requesting an urgent manual review of your existing support case.
In your communication with Microsoft, explicitly request the following:
A clear explanation of the specific Acceptable Use Policy concern associated with your organization.
An urgent review of whether the subscription can be reinstated and access to the SharePoint and OneDrive data temporarily restored.
Confirmation of whether the scheduled data deletion can be paused while the investigation is ongoing.
If reinstatement is not possible, clarification of whether Microsoft can provide a secure opportunity to retrieve or export the organization's data before the stated deletion deadline.
Please include your existing Microsoft support case numbers, tenant ID, subscription details, the exact deletion deadline shown in the notification, and copies of previous correspondence. Share these details through Microsoft's private support channels rather than posting sensitive organization information publicly.
You can refer to Microsoft's official guidance here:

Get support for Microsoft 365 for business
If you still have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Help & support and select Contact Support. If your subscription was purchased through a Microsoft partner or reseller, contact that provider as well. If your organization has a dedicated Microsoft account manager, request their assistance with the escalation.
I want to be transparent that restoring access or pausing the deletion cannot be guaranteed through this community forum. However, because the notice specifies a deletion date and the issue involves a substantial amount of business-critical data, requesting an urgent review by the appropriate Microsoft team is important.
I hope this helps clarify the next step
