    Hi,

Good day. I assume you are sharing excel file through Onedrive. Error 0x803D0005 could be related to Onedrive connectivity of Microsoft account authentication.

    Try to check this options:

    A. CHeck your file location.

    1. Open the affected Excel file.
    2. Go to File > Save As.
    3. Save a copy to your OneDrive folder.
    4. Close and reopen the file from OneDrive.
    5. Select Share and try again.

    B. Check your Onedrive connection.

    1. Open OneDrive in your browser.
    2. Sign in using the same Microsoft account connected to Excel.
    3. Upload a small test Excel file.
    4. Try sharing that file directly from OneDrive.

    C. Reconnect OneDrive. If the error persists, try reconnecting OneDrive. This will reconnect the PC to Onedrive. Make sure any pending files are synced before doing the steps:

    1. Click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar.
    2. Select Settings > Account.
    3. Choose Unlink this PC.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Open OneDrive and sign in again.

    D. Sign out and back into Office

    1. Open Excel and go to File > Account.
    2. Select Sign out.
    3. Close all Office applications.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Open Excel and sign in again.

    E. Check for Office updates.

    1. Open Excel.
    2. Go to File > Account.
    3. Select Update Options > Update Now.
    4. Restart Excel after the update.

I hope these options will solve the issue..

    Regards,
    Jhun
