A free app and service that helps families create healthy digital habits and stay connected. It’s designed to support both online safety and real-world awareness by offering tools for screen time management, content filtering, and location sharing
You can try these workarounds first:
- Sign in to Microsoft Family Safety as the family organizer.
- Select the affected family member and temporarily turn off Activity reporting for Windows devices.
- Remove any screen-time or app limits associated with the old PC, then sign out of Family Safety.
- Clear the browser cache or use a private window, sign back in, and re-enable activity reporting.
- If the reset PC is still available under its new installation, open Command Prompt and run: schtasks /run /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"
Then restart the PC and allow some time for the Family Safety information to refresh.
