    Hi @suganthi madhu

According to This Page Has Been Blocked as it Violates the Acceptable Use Policy - SharePoint | Microsoft Learn and user reports in the related discussion, the most effective next step for this situation is to raise a support ticket directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The internal support team has the necessary tools to investigate tenant‑level restrictions and, if appropriate, unlock the environment.

From the experiences shared by users after working directly with the Microsoft Support team, some tenants that have been determined to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy are confirmed to remain permanently restricted. In these cases, the enforcement action is valid and will not be lifted.

Please note that forum users here do not have access to backend systems, so I cannot check or modify your tenant’s provisioning status or escalate cases internally. Submitting a new ticket via Contact support on the SharePoint Acceptable Use Policy page in the Microsoft 365 admin center ensures that your case is routed to the enforcement team responsible for reviewing and remediating policy violations.
