I passed the Microsoft Advertising Search Certification in Learning Lab on October 28, 2026. The certification page shows 100% progress and Completed status, and displays the Search badge without an active credential link.

No Credly invitation was received, and no badge appears in my Credly account. My Learning Lab and Credly accounts use the same email address.

Please inspect the Learning Lab completion and credential-issuance records and, if appropriate, resubmit the badge for issuance to Credly.

Attached are screenshots showing the certification name, completion date, Completed status, 100% progress, and inactive badge.
