Search Certification completed in Learning Lab, Credly badge never issued

Hello,

I passed the Microsoft Advertising Search Certification exam in Learning Lab. The certification page shows 100% progress and Completed status, with a completion date of October 28, 2026. The Badges section on that page displays the Search badge, but it has no active link, and there is no credential link anywhere in My Learning.

I never received a Credly invitation or any email with a credential link. I have checked inbox, spam and trash. My Credly account shows no badges.

My Learning Lab profile and my Credly account use the same email address. I can share it privately with the support team.

Could you please check why the badge was not issued and reissue it to my Credly account?

Thank you, Igor

    Hello @Igor Nezhdanov ,

Thank you for using the Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A platform.

We appreciate you contacting Microsoft Advertising Support regarding your Microsoft Advertising Search Certification badge.

We understand that you successfully completed the Search Certification exam on October 28, 2026, and that your Learning Lab profile shows 100% progress with a Completed status. However, you have not received a Credly invitation or credential link, and the badge is not appearing in your Credly account even though both accounts use the same email address.

Thank you as well for confirming that you have already checked your inbox, spam, and trash folders.

To help us investigate why the badge was not issued, please provide the following information through a private and secure channel:

    • The email address associated with your Learning Lab profile
    • The email address associated with your Credly account
    • A screenshot showing the completed certification and completion date
    • A screenshot of the Badges section showing the inactive Search badge

Once we receive these details, we will review the issue and coordinate with our Learning Lab team regarding the issuance of your badge.

Our support teams are pleased to engage in more in-depth discussions about your account through phone, chat, or email to offer review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

I trust that the details shared here will partially address your inquiry. Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support. Additionally, I’ve sent you a private message requesting additional information. Please don’t hesitate to reply if you require further assistance.

    Kind regards,

Email [Email] and ask the Learning Lab support team to inspect the completed Search Certification record and resubmit the badge for issuance to Credly.

Microsoft Advertising states that passing the Search Advertising certification earns a Search certification and Credly badge.^1^ The dedicated Learning Lab documentation directs users who need help to [Email].^2^

    Information to include

    Subject:

Missing Credly badge — Search Certification completed October 28, 2026

    Message:

I passed the Microsoft Advertising Search Certification in Learning Lab on October 28, 2026. The certification page shows 100% progress and Completed status, and displays the Search badge without an active credential link.

No Credly invitation was received, and no badge appears in my Credly account. My Learning Lab and Credly accounts use the same email address.

Please inspect the Learning Lab completion and credential-issuance records and, if appropriate, resubmit the badge for issuance to Credly.

Attached are screenshots showing the certification name, completion date, Completed status, 100% progress, and inactive badge.

    Include:

    • Your name as shown in Learning Lab.
    • The email address registered with Learning Lab.
    • The certification name and completion date.
    • Screenshots of the completed certification and inactive badge.
    • The Learning Lab profile or learner ID, if one is displayed.
    • The approximate exam completion time and time zone.

Do not post your email address, learner ID, or screenshots containing personal information publicly; provide them only in the private support exchange.

There is no user-side control to reissue an ungenerated badge. Since you have already checked all email folders, confirmed matching account addresses, and checked Credly directly, the remaining action is an issuer-side review rather than repeating those checks.

If Learning Lab support does not respond

Contact Microsoft Advertising Support and request that the case be routed to the team responsible for Learning Lab credential issuance:

    1. Open Microsoft Advertising Support.
    2. Select Chat with us. Chat is listed as available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.^3^
    3. Provide the email subject, completion details, screenshots, and the date on which the Learning Lab email was sent.
    4. Ask for a case number and request investigation of the missing Credly issuance record.

This case concerns a Microsoft Advertising Learning Lab credential, so the general Microsoft technical Certification dashboard or missing-certification forum is not the primary escalation path.
