Hi Isiah Folk,
I understand that other messages are arriving normally and that the missing email is specifically the verification code needed to cancel the pending security change.
Please sign in directly to your Microsoft account Security page. If the“Your security info change is still pending” message appears, select“cancel this request” and follow the verification prompts.
Keep in mind that canceling the request normally requires access to one of the original security methods that was registered before the change. If the code is being sent to an email address you can still access, add Microsoft account-related addresses and the accountprotection.microsoft.com domain to the safe-senders list, then wait before requesting another code. Repeated requests within a short period can temporarily prevent additional codes from being sent.
If the original email address or phone number is no longer accessible, the pending change may not be cancelable through a different verification method. In that situation, the 30-day security waiting period generally has to finish, and Microsoft Support cannot manually shorten or bypass it.
If you did not initiate the security change, use the“let us know” option shown on the pending-change screen to report possible unauthorized access instead. More details are available in Microsoft’s official guide: What does “Security info change is still pending” mean? Thank you so much for your understanding.
