Subject: Urgent Support Required, Compromised Family Member Microsoft Account

I am the primary account holder of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

My adult (Autistic) son's Microsoft account appears to have been compromised. An unauthorized recovery email ending in @elipsecorporates.com is now associated with his account.

Every attempt to access his security settings, change his password or verify his identity redirects us to this unfamiliar email address.

We have attempted Microsoft's account recovery process several times, but verification has been unsuccessful.

As the Microsoft 365 Family subscription owner, I am requesting assistance from a live Microsoft Support agent to investigate this issue and help us regain control of his account.

Please advise how we can escalate this matter and speak directly with an agent, as the automated recovery options are not resolving the problem.

    Hello Dominique Payment

I can see that you require urgent support because of a compromised Family Member Microsoft Account

Here is how you can get in contact with a support agent:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Type Contact in the search box.
    • Now click Get help, and Select Ask our support assistant or Sign in to contact support below.
    • Chat with the support assistant like in the screenshot
    • Select contact support and it should take you to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
    • On the Category tab, choose Technical support.
    • Go to Confirm.
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
