Process Explorer 17.2 fails to start

Process Explorer 17.2 fails to start.

I use Chocolatey to update my instance of it. And I tested with a clean download from https://download.sysinternals.com/files/ProcessExplorer.zip. It has the same issue. So I ruled Chocolatey out of beeing the cause.
