My account has been suspended for several years.

My Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended for several years. I can still sign in to my Microsoft account, but the Rewards page only displays the suspension notice.

I've tried the Rewards support page, but it redirects me to the suspended dashboard. Microsoft's general Contact Us page hasn't provided a Rewards support option either.

Could a Microsoft moderator please tell me how to contact the Microsoft Rewards team and request a review of my suspension?

Hi starb3rry pun3,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after the suspension notice has remained on the account for several years and the support form keeps redirecting you back to the same page.

Microsoft Q&A is a public community forum, so moderators and community members cannot access your Rewards profile, submit an appeal for you, or review the reason for the suspension. That review can only be handled privately by the Microsoft Rewards Support team.

Since the Microsoft Rewards support form is redirecting you to the suspended dashboard, try opening it in an InPrivate or Incognito window while signed in with the affected Microsoft account. You can also clear the cookies for Bing and Microsoft Rewards or try another browser or device.

If the redirect continues, use the Microsoft Support contact page, describe the issue as “Microsoft Rewards suspended account and support form redirect loop,” and check whether a contact option is offered for your account and region. General support may not be able to reverse a Rewards suspension, but they may be able to confirm whether another contact route is currently available.

Please do not post your email address, Rewards balance, redemption details, or other account information in this public thread. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Only the Microsoft Rewards Support team can review the suspension; Microsoft Q&A moderators cannot access Rewards accounts, submit an appeal on your behalf, or reverse the decision.^1^

Because the Rewards support form redirects your suspended account back to its dashboard, there is no documented alternative email address or moderator escalation route for this situation. Microsoft’s official guidance identifies the Rewards Support form as the contact channel and says that a team member will respond after it is submitted.^2^

    What you can do

    1. Do not post account details here. This is a public forum, and account-specific suspension reviews require private information that moderators cannot handle.
    2. If the support form becomes accessible, sign in with the suspended Rewards account and select the suspended-account option.
    3. In one complete submission, include:
      • Your country or region.
      • The approximate date the suspension first appeared.
      • A screenshot of the suspension notice, with personal information hidden.
      • A concise request for manual review.
      • Confirmation that you can sign in to the underlying Microsoft account and that only Rewards is suspended.

    Suggested wording:

My Microsoft Rewards profile has displayed a suspension notice since approximately [month/year]. I can still sign in to my Microsoft account, but the Rewards Support page redirects me to the suspended dashboard, so I cannot submit the normal support form. Please manually review the Rewards suspension and advise whether any additional verification is required.

The official policy lists activities that can trigger a Rewards suspension, including maintaining multiple user accounts, inaccurate account information, IP-location alteration, automation, earning in more than one country on the same day, or redeeming outside the country where points were earned.^2^ This does not establish why your account was suspended; only the Rewards team can determine that.

Since you have already tried both the Rewards page and general Contact Us routing, there is no additional public escalation path established for a form that remains inaccessible. A moderator reply here cannot serve as an appeal or trigger an account review.^3^
