Where can I find my certificate for completed training

Microsoft Learn does not issue a downloadable certificate for completing an individual training module; send your Microsoft Learn transcript as proof of completion instead.^1^

Download or share proof of completion

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to complete the module.
2. Select your profile picture, then Profile.
3. Select Transcript from the left menu.
4. Confirm that the completed module appears.
5. Choose either:
   • Print → select Save to PDF, then attach the PDF to your email.
   • Share link → generate a link and send it to the person requesting confirmation.

The transcript includes successfully completed training modules and credentials.^2^

You can also open Profile → Achievements to find the badge awarded for the completed module. Module completions are Achievements; formal Credentials require a broader assessment or certification exam.^3^

If the recipient cannot open your shared transcript, check the profile privacy setting: Private Mode prevents others from viewing your profile. Alternatively, use the PDF option.^4^

If you passed an official Microsoft certification exam rather than only a training module, look under Profile → Credentials → Certifications for the certification record.
