Allow up to 24 hours after passing AZ-900 for the certification to appear in your Microsoft Learn profile, then download or print it from the Credentials > Certifications section.^1^
Download the certificate
After 24 hours:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same account associated with your exam registration.
- Select your profile picture, then Profile.
- Select Credentials in the left menu.
- Open the Certifications tab.
- Find Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and select View certification details.^2^
- Select Print or Download. If using the browser print dialog, choose Save as PDF as the printer and save the file.^3^
If AZ-900 is still missing
- Try every Microsoft account that might have been used when registering for the exam, including personal and work or school accounts. The contact email receiving the congratulations message is not necessarily the account used to sign in to Learn.^4^
- If you took the exam through Certiport: sign in to your Certiport Test Candidate account to view and download the certificate. Certiport-earned credentials may not currently appear in the Microsoft Learn profile.^4^
- For temporary proof, open Profile > Transcript, then select Print > Save to PDF. The transcript includes successfully completed certifications and exams.^5^
If the certificate remains absent after the processing period and the account checks, submit a request through Credentials Support:
- Select Learning as the product family.
- Select Microsoft Credentials as the product or service.
- Choose Professional No Charge.
- Select email as the contact method.
- Include your Learn username, exam date, AZ-900 result, exam provider, and screenshots. Credentials support is provided by email.^6^
