Artifact Signing organization identity validation "In Progress" for 8 days, no Action Required

Hello,

On 26 October 2026 we created an Artifact Signing account (North Europe, Basic SKU) and submitted an organization identity validation (Public trust) for our company in Bulgaria (EU). The identity verifier completed Verified ID successfully. Since then the validation has stayed "In Progress". It has never shown "Action Required", and no email has arrived at the primary or secondary address.

We entered the organization name in its English form, but the legal name in the Bulgarian Commercial Register is in Cyrillic. Could this send the validation to manual review? If so, which documents should we provide?

We don't have a paid support plan, so we can't open a technical support ticket. Could someone from the Artifact Signing team check the status? We can share the identity validation ID privately.
