Hi @Shrouk Ellahoony
As this behavior began only after the recent update to macOS 26.7.2, it is difficult to determine from the available information whether the issue is caused by Excel, the macOS update, or an interaction between Excel, Power Query, OneDrive, and the updated operating system.
The installed Excel version is 16.114.1, while newer builds have been released. As an initial step, please select Help > Check for Updates in Excel and install the latest version available through Microsoft AutoUpdate. After completing the update, restart the Mac and try Data > Refresh All again.
For more details, please refer to: Release notes for Office for Mac
Since all 14 queries refresh successfully when run individually, the queries themselves do not appear to be failing in the usual way. However, because Excel crashes when Refresh All starts the queries together, refreshing them individually or in smaller groups appears to be the only practical workaround currently available. This may allow the reporting process to continue, but it does not resolve the underlying cause of the crash.
If you have already updated Excel to the latest available version and the issue still persists, I recommend reporting it through Excel > Help > Feedback > Report a Problem. When submitting the report, include the following information:
- Excel and macOS versions
- Mac model and processor
- Complete crash reports, including timestamps, StackHash values, and module offset
- Confirmation that individual query refreshes work, but Refresh All crashes Excel
- Troubleshooting already completed
- Confirmation that the issue began after updating to macOS 26.7.2
Since this may be a recently introduced compatibility issue, submitting these details through the feedback option will help bring the issue to the attention of the relevant product team
If your organization has a Microsoft 365 Business subscription, please contact your IT administrator and ask them to open a support request on your behalf. The administrator can include the crash reports, system information, and steps required to reproduce the problem. This will allow the appropriate support team to collect any additional diagnostic information needed and investigate whether the issue is related to the recent update.

For instructions on opening a support request, please refer to: For more details, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin
Please note that the support request normally needs to be submitted by a Microsoft 365 administrator. If you are unsure who your administrator is, you can refer to: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
Note: If you are an end user, please coordinate with your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator so they can open and manage the support request on behalf of your organization.
Before submitting the request, make sure Support Assistant is turned off. Some customers have reported that the Contact Support option may not appear while Support Assistant is enabled.
As shown in the screenshot, switch Support Assistant to Off, and then enter a description of the issue, scroll down and the Contact Support button should then appear, allowing you to submit the request.

Thank you for your feedback and understanding. As a fellow forum user, I am not involved in product updates and do not have access to the internal diagnostic tools or permissions needed to investigate this issue. For this reason, the issue will need to be reported through the feedback option or reviewed by the appropriate support team.
