Artifact Signing organization validation still In Progress after documents submitted on October 23, 2026

Hello Microsoft Artifact Signing team,

Could you please help us check the status of our organization's public identity validation?

Organization: Dyn Technology Country/region: South Korea Additional document submitted: October 23, 2026 Document type: Domain registration confirmation (English) Current status as of November 3, 2026: In Progress

The Azure portal shows the document as uploaded with a submission date of October 23, 2026. The request still shows In Progress after refreshing the portal, and the details pane does not currently show Action Required, Failed, or a further document request.

We understand that the published processing time is 1–20 business days and can be longer if additional documents are required. This is a status and completeness check rather than a request to bypass the validation process. We have kept the existing request and have not created a duplicate.

Could you please confirm:

1. Whether the submitted document has been received successfully and the request is awaiting review.
2. Whether any additional information or action is required from us.
3. Whether there is an available status update or an indicative remaining review timeframe.
4. How we can provide the validation ID privately for an account-specific check. Our Azure subscription currently has Basic support, and the technical support request form blocks further entry unless we upgrade to a paid plan. Is there a dedicated identity-validation support route available in this situation?

We need the identity validation completed to finish setting up code signing for our MetaCall Windows application.

I have intentionally omitted the validation ID, subscription ID, contact email addresses, and documents from this public question. These can be provided through an appropriate private Microsoft support channel if needed.
