Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding my Microsoft Expert Teacher Certificate.

I have successfully completed all the required levels and requirements for the Expert Teacher certification; however, I have not received my certificate yet.

Could you please review my account and confirm whether all the requirements have been successfully recorded? I would also appreciate your guidance on when and how I can receive or download my certificate.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or evidence of completion from my side.

Thank you for your support.

Kind regards, Jehan Galal

Completing the learning levels does not by itself issue an Expert certificate; sign in to the Microsoft Elevate for Educators site with the same account used for the training and submit the Expert program application.

    Obtain your educator recognition

The former Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIE Expert) program is now the Microsoft Elevate Educator Community. Microsoft describes Elevate as the program “previously MIE Expert.” ^1^

    1. Confirm that the Elevate Educator – Expert (General) learning path appears complete in your Microsoft Learn profile.
    2. Complete the linked Elevate Educator – Expert (AI) learning path if it remains outstanding.
    3. Visit the Microsoft Elevate for Educators application site from the Expert learning-path page and apply to the community.
    4. Sign in with the same Microsoft account associated with your completed learning.
    5. If you already applied and were accepted but no certificate or recognition is available, use the support option at the Elevate for Educators site and provide:
      • Your Microsoft Learn username.
      • The email address associated with the program account.
      • Screenshots showing both Expert learning paths and their modules as complete.
      • Your application or acceptance confirmation, if available.
      • The approximate completion and application dates.

The Expert learning-path page states that the path helps qualify a learner for the Expert program and separately directs the learner to complete the AI path and apply to the Microsoft Elevate Educator Community. ^2^

Microsoft Q&A is a public forum and cannot open or review your account, completion records, or application status. A closely matching Expert Educator certificate case directs users to the Elevate for Educators support destination. ^3^

If you meant a formal Microsoft Certification

An educator-program designation is separate from an exam-based credential such as Microsoft Certified Educator. ^4^

    For an exam-based certificate:

    1. Open your Microsoft Certification Dashboard using the account connected to the exam.
    2. In Certificates, select View Certificates.
    3. Select the certificate.
    4. Choose Download; multiple selected certificates are downloaded as a .zip file. ^5^

If the earned certification is absent, submit a Credentials Support request:

    1. Select Learning as the product family.
    2. Select Microsoft Credentials as the product or service.
    3. Choose the category closest to the missing certificate.
    4. Select Professional No Charge.
    5. Choose Email, then include your Learn username and screenshots. Credentials Support is email-only. ^6^

Do not post your email address, account ID, or other private account details in this public thread.
