Unable to install Microsoft Copilot on my Windows laptop

When I try to install the application, I receive an error message (or the installation fails without any message).

I have already checked for Windows updates and restarted my computer, but the issue remains.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to fix it?

    Hi Angelika Wikaryjak,

    Thanks for explaining what’s happening. Since you’ve already gone through the common installation checks, I’d like to get a little more information before suggesting anything else.

    Could you check which Windows version you’re running by typing winver in Start? Also, when you try to install Copilot, does it fail straight away or get partway through before stopping?

    If there’s an error message or code, please share the exact wording or a screenshot. It would also help to know whether you can install other apps normally.

    That should give me a better idea of whether this is specific to Copilot or affecting app installations in general.
