    Welcome Jakey cool pro,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you need help with networking on your Windows device.

To help you better, could you please share:

    • Are you having trouble connecting to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), or do you want to set up something specific, such as sharing files or printers between PCs on your home network?
    • Which version of Windows are you using, and do you see any error message or network icon status (for example, No internet, secured)?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

    1, Check your network status

    • Open Settings, then go to Network & internet.
    • Confirm whether it shows Connected or Not connected, and note any message shown under your network name.

2, Restart your PC and network devices

    • Turn off your PC, modem, and router.
    • Wait about 30 seconds, turn on the modem and router first, and then turn on your PC once the router lights are stable.

    3, Run the network troubleshooter

    • Open Settings, then go to System, then Troubleshoot, then Other troubleshooters.
    • Select Run next to Network and Internet and follow the on-screen instructions.

4, Forget and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network (if using Wi-Fi)

    • Go to Settings, then Network & internet, then Wi-Fi, then Manage known networks.
    • Select your network, choose Forget, and then reconnect by entering the Wi-Fi password.

    Looking forward to your update.

If you have a specific question about networking, you can certainly ask here in Microsoft Q&A. If you need help with networking in general, or you need someone to take you step-by-step through a networking procedure, you'll need to hire someone. But before you do that, consider searching on the internet, or asking AI for help, or even buying a book. (Yes, they still exist!)
