Store Developer company account – Business & Employment verification “Under review”, and wrong State/Province value

.Hello, I registered a Microsoft Store Developer company account via storedeveloper.microsoft.com on 30 Oct 2026 (publisher name: HatamotPlus).

• Email verification: Verified
• Business verification: Under review
• Employment verification: Under review

Two questions:

1. The Support links send me to Engage Center (“No Access”) and the Partner Center AI assistant does not open a ticket. How can I contact the Store Developer verification team, or check if a document is missing?
2. The State/Province field in my account summary shows “Z” by mistake and cannot be edited during review. The correct value is Northern District (Israel). How can this be corrected?
