Try these checks in Windows 11:

    1. Open Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps and look for Total AV in the installed apps list.
    2. Also check Start and search for Total AV or TotalAV.
    3. If it still does not appear, open File Explorer and search the whole PC:
      • Right-click Start > File Explorer
      • Select This PC
      • In Search This PC, type Total AV
    4. If search is not finding apps correctly, run the Search troubleshooter:
      • Right-click Start > Settings
      • Go to Privacy & security > Search
      • Under Related settings, select Advanced indexing options
      • Select Advanced
      • Select Troubleshoot search and indexing
      • Follow the wizard
    5. If the app was from Microsoft Store, reset Microsoft Store and search again:
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Enter wsreset.exe and select OK
      • Wait for Microsoft Store to reopen, then search for the app again

If Total AV is not listed in Installed apps, not found in Start search, and not found by Search This PC, it is likely not currently installed.

If your Total AV app is not listed in the list in Settings - Apps - Installed apps, then you need to either open the Store App to download and reinstall the anti-virus form there or go to the Total AV website to download and reinstall your anti-virus from there.
