A ZIP package or flow identifier cannot be used as a documented substitute for work completed in the hosted Applied Skills assessment lab; if the lab will not load, submit a Microsoft Credentials Support request instead of trying to provide your independently created flow.
If you mean the learning-path module assessment
The guided project asks you to build and test a scheduled flow during the exercise, but its Module assessment is a knowledge check consisting of questions. It does not provide a mechanism for uploading a flow, ZIP package, or flow ID for grading.^1^^2^
Complete it as follows:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the account on which you want the completion recorded.
- Open the guided project.
- Complete Module assessment and answer all questions correctly.
- Confirm that the module shows the pass designation on your profile.^3^
Your existing flow can be useful for practice, but it is not submitted to this module assessment.
If you mean the Microsoft Applied Skills assessment lab
The Applied Skills credential requires candidates to demonstrate Power Automate tasks, and its study guide describes tasks performed during the assessment, including creating triggers, uploading a data source, configuring actions and conditions, and running a test execution.^4^^5^
The available assessment documentation does not describe any option to submit:
- a Power Automate package (
.zip); - a flow identifier;
- a flow created in your personal environment; or
- a link granting access to an existing flow.
Although Power Automate supports exporting a non-solution flow as a ZIP package, that feature transfers flows between Power Platform environments; it is not documented as an assessment-submission method.^6^
Since the lab itself will not load:
- Record the assessment name, date and approximate time of the attempt, displayed error, and session ID if one is available.
- Capture a screenshot of the loading or connection failure.
- Open Microsoft Credentials Support.
- Submit a request describing that the APL-7002 Applied Skills hosted lab could not be loaded, and include the attempt details and screenshot.
- Ask Support to review the affected attempt and advise on retaking it.
Microsoft Q&A guidance for Applied Skills lab connection failures likewise directs candidates to Credentials Support.^7^
