Lingering Bastion Banner upon RDP

When using Azure Bastion to connect to one of the Virtual desktops in my deployment I am sometimes met with a lingering banner of "Connected to Bastion Host. Waiting for Response". As I stated, this lingering banner only happens sometimes as there are times it resolves and times it lingers without stopping. This does not seem to effect connection to other things or my basic usage on the device. It only blocks text or windows behind it.

I understood this may be a race condition between my bastion link and the browser but wanted to know if other people have seen something like this before.
